Description of Layout
After leaving Bodmin Station on your way to Wadebridge, a branch line is seen to leave the main line.
At the end of this branch is Padmoor, on the banks of the River Camel. This area of the county was
operated by the Great Western and Southern Railway jointly. If the finances had not run out, then the river
would have been crossed and Padmoor would have been just another through station.
But don't spend too much time looking for Padmoor on the map, because it is fictitious. The stock is ready
to run, but detailed. Some of the buildings are built from kits and some are scratch built. Can you tell which
is which? The layout is set in the 1940s - 1950s.
