Open Day 2010

Our 2010 open day was held on Sunday 27th June at Long Melford Village Hall, near Sudbury. We had two working layouts and three layouts that club members are in the process of building. The open day allowed members of the public to view the progress of these layouts and ask about the techniques involved in constructing them.

  • Ambridge - a 00 gauge layout by Chris Martin
  • Gestup St Anne - Derek Reeve's 0-16.5 gauge layout
  • New Romney - a narrow gauge layout being constructed by Peter Worton
  • Stanham Quay - The club's newest 00 gauge layout
