28th Model Railway Exhibition 2008
Our 28th annual exhibition was successfully held on Saturday 4th October 2008 at St. Peter's Church
in Sudbury, with the usual wide selection of high quality layouts in various scales and gauges and trade stands
covering all interests in railway modelling.

There was also a Preservation Society stand, with members from the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway.
This year, we saw a change in the way the exhibitions were organised, since after 25 years as
Exhibition Manager, Peter Worton stood down after the 2007 exhibition.
The club would like to extend their thanks to Peter and his wife Anne, for their help over the 25
exhibitions. James Tibbetts replaced Peter as Exhibition Manager for the 2008 exhibition with support from
Peter, Chris Martin and Derek Reeve.
